Medical Examiners Office and Public Health Labs - Westchester County, NY
Project Cost: $9,000,000; Engineering for the facility expansion to the county facility, including bio labs, secure storage, forensic investigative areas, administration and offices.

New York City Department of Health & Mental Hygiene - NYC, NY
Design of a new emergency generator system for the headquarters office facility

Alterations involving the replacement of existing domestic water main, including storage tanks for both domestic and sprinkler systems. Control systems were upgraded in addition to water pumps. Addressed Statement of Conditions (SOC) throughout (12) buildings for its uptown facilities.

Columbia University School of Public Health - New York, NY
Conducted a feasibility study to convert the Psychiatric Institute to a School of Public Health.
Outcome: Restoration of a twenty-two story brick structure, and exterior building renovation and waterproofing.
